5.00 - 5.30 pm - Age 6 and Under
5.30 - 6.30 pm - Age 7 and Over (Beginners/Bronze)
6.00 - 7.00 pm - gold upwards

We perform at local community events (gala days, fundraisers, ceilidhs, residential homes, etc) and sit medal tests every six months. There is also the opportunity to compete.

We aim for fun, friendship and fitness. Class includes a short break for juice and snack (provided).

Our teacher is qualified with the SDTA, UKA and RSCDS.
