Location: Lauriston place, EH3 9HX, Tollcross (city-centre)! Its only 5 mins walk from Edinburgh Uni campuses; 3 mins from the meadows (the biggest park in town); 7 mins from the West End of town and George Str - the main area for bars and clubs! Bus stop right outside the building (not that you'll need it - edinburgh is so small, and the flat is really in one of the best locations to stay, it couldnt be more central)!
Room: fully furnished; double bed + linen/duvet/pillows included; hard-wood floors and high ceilings; drawers and built-in closet; big window and curtains! desk/chair can be provided if needed
Flat: hard-wood floors throughout; electric shower (you'll never be out of hot water); fully equipped kitchen incl. washing machine; modern furniture; tv-dvd - cable (incl sports channels/movies) and 10MB wi-fi.
Me: 28, F, PhD/professional; easy-going; open-minded and outgoing; sporty; love a quite night in with good chat over a glass of wine or a crazy night in town! I travel and work a lot so you'll get to have the flat all to yourself most of the time. Very clean and tidy!
