I am a young professional male who is looking for a double room to rent in a central edinburgh flat.

Ideally I would like to live in a large shared flat with 3 or 4 other people who work and are of a similar age. It would also be great if the flat had a communal living area.

I am looking to spend no more than £450 a month (inclusive of rent, bills and council tax).
