This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 5 years experiance looking for a new challenge with greater responsibilities. You would be working within a small kitchen brigade of 5, where we only use the freshest of ingredients to peice together our daily changing menu.

Duties would include menu planning on a daily basis, running of the kitchen on the head chefs days off, maintenance of stock levels and more.
