Our client, a well known Public Sector organisation based in the centre of Edinburgh, are now in a position to recruit a CCAB Part Qualified or QBE Management Accountant to complete an initial 6-month temporary assignment.

In order to be considered for this job vacancy, applicants must have extensive management accounting and budget setting experience, ideally gained within a large Public Sector organisation.

Job details

- Providing a management accounting service to Senior Management and non-finance budget holders, focusing on cost and efficiency savings

- Financial planning, risk management and financial analysis

- Assisting senior management with budget setting and control

- Monitoring of capital expenditure

- Month-end reporting
