Our Client is one of the largest civils and ground works contractor in Scotland. They are involved in various projects such as infrastructure, rail, marine, structures, drainage, industrial building and civil engineering work throughout Scotland. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Estimator who will be from a civil engineering background or a building background.
The Company will offer the chance for employees to be involved in the following areas:
Tender reviews
Civil or building
Materials takeoffs
Dealing with sub-contractors
Working up full estimates for projects
Preparation for tender reviews
Allocation of material and labour
Plant to the Bill of Quantities
Finalising of bids
Involved in a variety of projects
