Payroll Supervisor Manager
Robert Half the world wide leader in Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a Payroll Supervisor/Manager to work for a large Robert Half exclusive company based Bathgate. This roll is on a temporary basis for 3 Months to cover for a permanent member of the team. The success full candidate should have a vast experience in a high level payroll department the candidate must demonstrate a positive and correct attitude to this roll.
Duties will include:
- Working out salaries manually and preparing payment request by H.R.
- Calculate maternity pay and maintain payroll records for accurate payment.
- Complete requests from outside organisations for SSP, Inland Revenue, National Statistics etc
- Deal with employee's questions confidentially by telephone or written replies.
- Pensions for each payroll has become more complex so more attention is required on reconciling to ensure monies go to correct pension provider.
- BUPA administration and spreadsheets update again on a monthly basis so correct figures can achieved in order that we pay over the correct amount of Employer's Ni tax year end.
Candidates do not have to be vastly skilled in accounts but working knowledge of payroll duties along with strong Excel skills will be a very big advantage to the successful candidate.
£15.00 per hour plus holiday pay.
