Huge double bedroom in amazing flat, Marchmont ) (£340 pcm)
Hello
We are two students Jimmy n Margaux sharing a really cool flat our current flatmate is moving to london. We are offering a big furnished double bedroom available from begining Jan till 24th July. Virgin Broadband and tv, spacious kitchen with everything needed. No communial living room but there is a box room that is open to suggestions .
Jimmy is South African studies construction and easy going and clean for a guy,he sometimes plays music pretty loud but its good music and always respects the flat and when needed he turns it down. He;s always ready to have fun and makes a good fashion advisor.
Margaux is a messy french girl but keeps the communinal areas very tidy, and brings life to the flat. She is involved in arts events and loves talkin about music and cinema she will often invite u into her room for a glass of wine or cup of tea after a long days work. She works to jobs and has uni almost everyday but still seems to be around for banter.
We'd like a flatmate that is relaxed ,relatively tidy and would enjoy hanging out when in the flat. Student is essential for council tax.
Even tho we enjoy parties we also need quiet time an space to work so if this sounds like the environment for you just contact us to arrange for a viewing.
340 excluding bills which are about 30quid a month.
