Chef de Partie Immediate start
THE BONHAM , Four star Hotel in Centre of Edinburgh
We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Chef de partie to join our team at The Bonham (Minimum 1years experience at Chef de partie level).
• You will have a passion for fine ingredients, be hard working and a desire
to learn and progress further.
• You will be required to run one of the sections in the kitchen and train more
junior members of the team. You will be responsible for all ordering and mis-
en-place for your section.
The Bonham has 48 bedrooms, a renowned restaurant , Conference and events facilities for up to 70 people.
Salary £16,000 with additional benefits
