Dentafind is seeking applications from experienced Practice Manager who are looking to work on a permanent basis in Stranaer area, to join this fantastic and friendly practice, where client care is the upper most priority of the team dental practice.
The practice is extremely well organized and structured with spacious surgeries, equipped to an exceptionally high standard.
As practice manager you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects within two practices. Maintaining and improving output, quality, cost and delivery performance in accordance with the agreed business plans.
This position is to work Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm, to start as soon as possible.

Applicants Must:

• Have previous experience as Dental Nurse;
• Have dental reception experience;
• Have previous management experience (ideally within Dental or a similar background);
• Strong character and attitude;
• Able to work on its own initiative;
• will be a forward thinker / planner;
• credible and capable of communicating at all levels;
• business oriented and customer focused;
• Well presented and articulate;
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Able to provide references.

A stunning rate of salary is offered, though rate will depend on experience and qualifications.
