We're a professional couple looking for a nice 1 or 2 bedroom flat in the city centre of Edinburgh. At the moment we have a rolling lease and require to give 1 months notice in our current flat where we have been for 2.5 years.

We are reasonably flexible on budget - finding the right place is more important.

Areas we'd like - stockbridge/marchmont/newington/new town/bruntsfield/morningside etc!
