Rent is 325 per month, with bills of 50 per month on top of that. The bills include council tax, gas, electricity, tv licence and unlimited broadband internet!

A deposit of 325 is also payable, but will be refunded at the end of the tenancy.

Sorry, but it is not suitable for couples.
