We are a brand new 200-bed hostel opening up in the Grassmarket December 1st. When our guests arrive at this new and vibrant Hostel they can relax and have a beer in our own chill out area, which will have flat screen TV’s, a pool table and bar to have a drink. Also, they can enjoy the executive top floor en suite rooms, which will be popular with all our guests.

We are looking for experienced Night Porter to join the team and be apart of this new and exciting opening.

We are looking for someone who:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ideal candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Someone who has excellent customer service skills
* Has experience with hotel / hostel reservation systems
* Can address problems and deal with them in a mature mater.

You must have a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task and maintain control of a busy working environment. If you can speak more than one language this will be advantageous.
