Payroll Clerk
ASA Recruitment's client are a large private enterprise operating from Edinburgh.
In this role one will be primarily responsible for the processing staff payments, taxable deductions and pension payments.
Other ad hoc tasks will include updating journals, manually process payments and investigating anomalies.
Due to the scale of the payroll, it is essential one can work effectively as part of a team, have a sound understanding of all current legislative regulations pertaining to payroll, be IT literate and have the confidence to use one's initiative.
A highly competitive salary reflects the calibre of the candidate which will suit this role. Ideally candidates will have worked within a payroll department for a multi-national enterprise, within the public or a payroll bureau.
