Hi i am a 21 year old male looking for a house or flat to rent. i have been living with my girlfriend out of edinburgh and i am needing to get a place to live here as i now need to care for my mother as she is ill. I recently had to give up my job to care for my mother but am receiving carers alowance and am entitled to housing benifit which would cover the rent. I would be able to pay a deposit at weekley instalments and i am very sensible and clean and i am not like the usual 21 year old who goes out partyng every weekend so u would find your house the way u gave it to me. if none of the above isnt a problem please phone and if i dont answer please leave a voicemail and i will get back in tocu asap
