I have 2 dbl rooms to rent in livingston, in process of decorating but will have it ready by the time someone wants them, price includes bills except phone! there is sky and wireless broadband available, im 5 min walk to the shops,bars and restraunts in the almondvale centre, there is also 2 train stations nearby for easy access to edinburgh or glasgow and the riccarton campus is a short drive along the a71 towards edinburgh.
I am 28yr old male generally an easy goin and tidy guy who keeps busy going to the gym and friends so you will have peace most of the time, i have 2 kids who stay 2 weekends of the month but im always out with them.
