I am a qualified and experienced residential conveyancing paralegal seeking employment within the Edinburgh area. I have 2 years experience in handling domestic purchases, sales, remortgages, transfer of titles. I have a good understanding of missives and am able to handle transactions from start to completion. I have 10 years experience in the legal profession and have completed/passed 2 paralegal courses through Central Law Training in Civil Court Practice and Residential Conveyancing Practice. I am currently employed however the conveyancing side of things is being phased out.

I am aware that the property market is still recovering from the recent down turn but would welcome the opportunity to fully utilise my vast knowledge and experience gained as the market begins to pick up.
