The room is fully secure and lockable with your own key, and is divided into 2 seperate rooms.

The 1st room is 13ft by 6ft (78 square feet) and also has natural lighting with secure windows.

The 2nd room, which is entered from the first room, is 8ft by 10ft (80 square feet) and also has the advantage of natural daylight from secure windows.

The room is a converted staff room and WC, and therefore is mainly ideal for storage use, artistic workspace for painters, sculptures, etc etc.

There is also easy access to the room from the back door, which is found in our private free car park, which you will be able to park in for FREE and is included in the rent.

The room is found in the basement of a large retail store, and the room will be accessible from 8.30am until 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

The rent is only £140 PER MONTH and INCLUDES council tax, electricity and gas bills. There is no other bills to pay.
