Last night I found myself going along to a jazz bar in Edinburgh and really enjoying it, but it would have been even better if I had been joined by someone else who enjoys the same things in life as I do. I'm old enough now to be in a position where most of my friends are in couples and have other activities lined up for their Saturday nights so I am increasingly doing things on my own. It's about time this changed as I'm a really sociable guy who loves the company of others, so I'm hoping if this might strike a chord with you and that you'll contact me.

People have described me as having a "sunny personality" and I think I'm reasonably good looking - I do a little exercise to keep in reasonable shape. I'm average height, dark brown hair (a little grey in places) and brown eyes.
