My Client is looking for skilled service desk analysts that can offer their customers that little bit extra when it comes to service and knowledge. More often than not if you have worked in a service desk environment its the little extras that go a long way. My Client is expanding and is now looking for some special people to join their teams.

You should have at least 2 years experience supporting customers in an external and internal environment. You should have knowledge of both Unix and Windows and have a familiarity of SQL server and Oracle databases.

This role is on a shift basis and therefore this employer offers a health bonus systems which could see your salary increase to £25-29000. If you like having a flexible lifestyle then this is the role for you. My client is also interested in meeting candidates who are able to speak a foreign language however this is not essential.
