My client has a fantastic home catering for learning disabilities and high dependency care and are currently looking for RMNs who would like to be part of there great success story.

As an experienced RMN, you will have day-to-day clinical management of a therapeutic nursing community. You will be part of a team planning, implementing and evaluating individual care support plans.

The ideal Registered Nurse candidates should have:

* a dynamic and enthusiastic personality a genuine caring nature with good interpersonal skills

* the ability to work on their own initiative and within a team

* an understanding of the day to day challenges of the care home environment

* excellent clinical standards and organisation skills to lead a multi-disciplinary team
