Making Personal Injury Claim's Easy
If you have been involved in an accident, making a compensation claim can often seem very daunting. Many people who are genuinely entitled to make a claim for damages and personal injuries compensation never actually do so.
This is due to fears they will have to pay huge bills or percentages to solicitors out of their compensation, and if they lose the case, they will have to pay the legal costs. Also, they believe making a claim will take up too much of their time.
MDC Claims offers services to our clients on a NO WIN NO FEE basis scheme. You will keep 100% of your compensation. Our solicitor’s fee will be charged to the third party, responsible for the accident. Even if we lose your case you will pay nothing. Thousands of claim management companies and law firms deal in personal injury. Our aim is to help people get a high level of compensation as quickly as possible.. MDC Claims makes the claim process easier and faster for anyone who wants to make one. We help thousands of deserving victims of non fault accidents, claim compensation, using our simple claim process for making personal injury compensation claims.
Personal injury claims Procedure
1. Complete a claim form online, or by telephone.
2. When you fill our online claim form or first contact us, our advisory team
will ask you a few simple questions about your accident, or injury you have
suffered. These questions are to help us understand your accident. Don't
worry if you do not have every detail of who was involved in the accident
and who was responsible, we can get most of these details at a later
stage.
3. Once we assess your claim for making a personal injury compensation
claim we will then appoint one of our personal injury solicitors to handle
your case. All our solicitors and legal executives are highly qualified and
have many years experience of handling accident compensation claims
cases. They will discuss all your options depending on the type of claim you
wish to make.
4. Your solicitor will work on your behalf to put together all the evidence for
your personal injury claim. He will get records from the police or your
employer, and witness statements from people who saw the accident.
Records from your local hospital if you attended any, or the GP report
about your initial treatment after accident. Any other evidence relevant to
your compensation case will also be collected.
5. Our solicitors will ask you to keep a record of how you are coping with
your medical situation, and details of the treatments and medications you
are receiving. This will ensure that the personal injury claim you receive,
reflects the impact your injuries have on your daily life and your
employment. Then we will arrange for you to see an independent Court
approved medical specialist at a hospital near to where you live. The
specialist will examine your injuries and ask you some questions about how
you are coping. A medical report will be prepared and this will be an
important piece of evidence to support your personal injury compensation
claim.
We will now discuss all the different types of compensation you may be entitled to:
Compensation for the pain and suffering
Any costs and expenses e.g. phone bills, prescriptions, treatment for your
injuries
Any other financial losses e.g. loss of income, lost or damaged property
Compensation to reflect the impact of the accident on your life
Compensation for any future care if your injuries will continue to affect you
Your solicitor will calculate the total figure of your personal injury
compensation to be claimed. This will be sent to third part or accident
responsible persons insurance company. MDC Claims solicitors will than
negotiate with the insurance company until they reach agreement on an
amount for your compensation award. Most cases settle without the need
to go to the courts, but if we cannot reach agreement with the other side's
insurance company then we may take your case to court to secure the
best possible compensation award.
