The flat is in a block of six and is the top floor flat 2 floors up. The flat has its own private parking at the back and their is a sitting area for the summer time. Craigentinny area is in the East of Edinburgh. Their is a local pub across the road and their is fast food outlets just up the road (Chip Shop and Chinese). Morrison's Supermarket is a 2mins walk and their is a local Newsagent, Bank Of Scotland, Hairdressers, and Butchers. Portobello beach is a 5 mins walk down the road and Meadowbank Sports Centre is 10 mins away.

Travel
To get into town their is a bus stop on the front door. The buses from here are the 26 and the 15 and they are every 10 mins. Travel into town will take about 10-15 mins. There is also buses to go down to Leith and they are the number 12 and 25.

Cost
The rent for the room is £400 a month and and a deposit of £400 is required. There is no bills to pay just the £400 every month and this works out at £13.00 a day. The flat is a must view as you have got everything in the flat you require.
