I have a two bedroomed ground floor council flat in Stenhouse Edinburgh. There is a wet floor shower room/toilet - small kitchen -but massive garden to front and good size drying green to back.

I would love to move to Corstorphine ( not Clermiston) or any nice area in Edinburgh or Roslin/Loanhead/Penicuik.

As I cannot walk far a swap to somewhere within easy reach of transport,shops and green area to walk dog would be appreciated.

Must be a ground floor with wet floor shower room or walk in shower (not bath or shower over bath). Prefer if swap was with a non smoker as I have asthma.

I would consider a one bedroom swap if in the right area and met with my criteria.
