Assistant Bar Manager

Location: Edinburgh City Centre

We are currently looking for a highly motivated hands on Assistant Bar Manager, who has a minimum of 2 years experience.

This position is for an early opener hotel in Central Edinburgh.

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will assist in the day to day running of the Bar. Your responsibilities will include;
-Cash Handling and Reconciliation
-Stock Control and Deliveries
-Opening and Closing
-Staff Management
-Cellar Operations

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable and able to work on own initiative and lead a small team efficently.

This position will be full time after a trial period of one month.

We are currantly open from 6am till 12 noon, although these hours will be changing after renovations, which will be in a months time.
