Female therapist looking for clients for case studies and anyone that could benefit from hypnotherapy sessions. Sessions are free, usually cost around £50-£60.

Hypnotherapy is safe and you are totally in control at all times and aware of what is going on around you - it is NOT like stage hypnosis. It has proven very effective in helping conditions of phobia and anxiety (any subject), addictions such as smoking and eating disorders, as well as some other psychological and physical conditions.

Number of sessions would depend on problem and treatment, but usually between 2 and 5. Sessions last on average about 1.5 hrs but this is variable.
