Hi! I'm a 20 year old irish student(male). My current flat of four is splitting up this year and two of us are looking for one or two people to share a new flat next year, just because a flat of three or four is better craic than just two.

My flatmate and I are both final year students at Kings. Looking to live somewhere in Marchmont, Medows..etc area (all student spots really!).

Both enjoy havin a few drinks, like playin the odd game of sport (or watchin in the pub!) and I play a wee bit of guitar.

Would like to share with easy going people with rent in the region of £280 - £320 per month excluding bills. (Probably best if you're a student to avoid council tax)
