Hello you flat hunting fellows.

We have a spare room available from the 1st June and are looking for an easy going tidy student to move into our friendly diverse flat, the room is very big with a double bed, desk, bay window, wooden floor and various other bits of furniture.

Our flat is spacious and bright and has a lovely open plan kitchen/living area, we also have wireless broadband, cable TV, gas central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, fridge/freezer and microwave, so you may say it is very well equipped.

The flat is situated in Polwarth Gardens which makes it a very practical and convenient location for students, because Edinburgh Uni and ECA is only a 15 min walk and Napier Uni the Merchiston campus is only a 5 mins walk, also the number 10 and 27 bus stops right outside the flat which makes it so much easier for us lazy ass students to get around Edinburgh.

Living in our flat already is Jess, a 3rd year Events Management student, Tom who is a final year Digital Media student and another Tom, who is a 3rd year film making student. We are all very different but we get on really well, we try to keep the flat very clean and tidy and we love a good party when Uni allows.

Ideally we are looking for a flat mate who is tidy, very sociable and easy going, but mainly we are looking for someone who has an interesting personality that can add more character to out flat,
