ASA's client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join a large not for profit organisaiton based within central Edinburgh. The role will be for an intial period of 6 months with the possibility of a permanent contract.

The role is essentially to support a small HR team and you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service to a range of clients throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities to include:

Advising and assisting managers with recruitment & selection.
Providing advice on HR issues including policy, procedure and payroll issues.
Providing advice on employee relations, employee conduct, performance management, discipline and grievance.

Essential Requirements:

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
CIPD part or fully qualified
Strong administrative skills
High level communication skills
