There are a few spaces still available for our next Arriba Weightloss and Wellbeing Community Challenge at South Bridge Resource Centre.

In our 12 week class you will learn how to lose weight, and keep it off. You will also have the chance to win a top prize of *£300 for the 'biggest loser' with £200 and £100 for the 2nd and 3rd places. The classes take place every Monday evening at 6pm. You will receive personal weight loss coaching, nutritional education, tips, advice, support and body analysis all for only £39 for the full 12 weeks!
