I have a room available to whomever wants it, its reasonably spacious, with double bed, desk+chair and large wardrobe.

The flat it self is very nice and cosy, carpeted with good sized kitchen and a nice bathroom. There is no separate living room however. The location is next to tollcross, specifically, next to the 'Kings Theater'. About 10 minutes walk from Princes street and the Royal mile.

Price is £85pw including bills (gas, electricity and internet [i can lend you a laptop if you need one]).

You'd be living with one other person, me, Lawrence McCurrach, 21 year old male, friendly and relaxed. I have no preference with regards to tenants sex or age etc.
