I'm a 38 year old lass who's making the first attempts at getting fit again after an illness.
I've joined the virgin active gym at fountain park, and had an induction - but the programme they've set me has me slightly nervous, and I'd welcome the moral support of someone! So if you fancy giving the odd words of encouragement - male or female I really don't mind - would just be nice to have someone to train with
