Your role is to encourage and support service users to lead an indepandant life.

Working with adults with learning and/or physical difficulties, you will have previous experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have an SVQ3 however we can give you access to this training.

This role requires you to take direction from the service manager and also to show initiative in organising activities, trips, days out etc for service users.

We will give you all relevant training. You will need to complete an Enhnaced Disclosure check and provide 3 references.
