The room has king sized bed with bedding provided, 2 bed side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair & bookshelf.
The flat is non smoking, & has a good sized shared living room, a well equiped kitchen & bathroom with electric shower.
We have good central heating, double glazing, cable tv & wireless internet.

We are just off Ferry Road & have great bus links into the city centre - 37, 27, 29, 21, 19, 47, 38.
We are within walking distance to a large Morrisons supermarket, Telford College & the Western General Hospital.

You would be sharing with 3 professionals & a pet rabbit so NO PETS PLEASE.

The rent is £285 per calendar month this includes gas/electric & council tax. A deposit of £100 is required for a single person.

For a couple the rent is £385 rent pcm which includes gas/electric & council tax. A deposit of £150 required for a couple sharing the room.

Cleaning has to be shared & cleaning equipment bought including toilet roll ect is a shared cost.

You would be living with 3 friendly & easy going people that all do shift work. (2 males & 1 female)
