The flat is 30 seconds walk from the popular Shore bars, 10 minute walk from Royal Yacht Britannia and Ocean Terminal shopping centre. Edinburgh city centre is 1.5 miles away, or 10 minutes away by bus, car or taxi.

Security parking is available for 1 car, free on-street parking for any additional cars.
