We are looking for a student to share a 4 bedroom flat located in Marchmont. One of our flatmates is leaving in December and we are interested in a friendly, clean and tidy person.
It is a great light and spacious en-suite double bedroom. It has a king sized bed and it has been recently refurbished. The en-suite has modern facilities including a shower.
The rent is 360 pounds a month plus bills which are shared. No council tax as this is a student flat. Wireless internet is also available.
