We are an international non smoker flat looking for nice flatmates to move in asap, the room is ideally for a couple, but single will do ;-)
The flat has 5 bedrooms, a big kitchen and all the facilities you are expecting (wireless, washing machine, good atmosphere, ...)
The room is very big with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, sofa, ...
About us, we are from Australia, Slovakia, Scotland, France and the couple who are leaving us are from Scotland and Germany. We like to have dinners together, some good chats and laughs but we are also a quiet, clean and tidy flat!
Ideally for professional but students are welcome but MUST pay the CT
The bills:
- Rent £300, deposit of £250
- CT £40 per person per month (more or less)
- Bills £40 per person per month (more or less)
The visits will be this Saturday 7th, Sunday 8th, Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th each day between 7pm and 9pm.
