Business Travel Administrator required, working for a leading Corporate Travel company located in Edinburgh. We are currently searching for a candidate with administration experience, preferably gained within a finance or business travel environment to join this reputable company and take on an exciting administration opportunity working within the company finance department.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Following on going success and company growth across the Scottish business travel market, we are currently searching for an experienced Business Travel Administrator to join this impressive industry name.
Working as a Business Travel Administrator on a hugely important department for the business, your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Accurate and timely inputting and invoicing of hotel bills.
- Dealing with associated queries to meet specific deadlines and targets.
- Prompt and efficient answering of telephone queries and calls.
- Accurate reporting of weekly figures.
- Other general duties to meet business and departmental demands.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ideally candidates will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, have strong communication skills and be a true team player. You should be able to work well in a busy office environment and be looking to join a team where you can develop your career across the long term.
This is a permanent role with a company committed to long term development and training opportunities.
