The double room is fitted with a double bed, modern wardrobe, chest of drawers, CD player and television – broadband connection also available.

The flat is owned by myself, a 34 professional female. I would be at the flat but am out at work most of the time.

Rent for Festival is £175 per week for the room (all bills included, not including telephone).

The property is well positioned to take advantage of a range of facilities near Portobello beach including shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, an indoor sports centre and the promenade.
