Make a profit whilst saving children's lives
Save the Children UK is opening a revolutionary store in Edinburgh's prestigious Stockbrige area on 21st November 2009. The store is in partnership with Retail Guru Mary Portas (aka Mary Queen of Shops)!
The store, caleed "Mary's Living and Giving Shop" on Raeburn Place will be a top charity fashion outlet with items from Peaches Geldof and Jamie Oliver being donated. Its hoped the store will attract fashionistas from all accross the Lothians and Scotland as a whole.
As part of the store, we are looking for budding artists and craftspeople that would like to make a profit on their works. "Living adn Giving" is a concept where we give you the space to sell your items and then split the proceeds (i.e. 70/30).
So, if you're creative side is blooming and have some fabulous pieces of art or wonderfully unusual handmade items, then get in touch!
