Looking for a friendly, fun, Spinning class?
Edinburgh LifesCycle, Scotland’s first dedicated indoor cycling studio will offer a menu of indoor rides including cycling specific training by triathletes Scott Balfour and Hugh McInnes.
With 30 SPinner NXT bikes, we do however have a whole variety of instructors to give the beginner and intermediate user something different, at times using this form of training therapeutically and with the influence of lighting design and sound, to bring a more holistic and uplifting experience.
