The Roseleaf (just off the Shore in Leith) is now recruiting a weekend worker, mainly for kitchen portering and prep, but priority will be given to someone with a bit of cooking experience. It is the perfect position for someone who wants a bit more experience in a kitchen environment.

Weekends in the Roseleaf are very busy, so the correct person will need to be keen, enthusiastic and full of energy. You will also be expected to work one of Christmas or New Year and be willing to take on an extra shift or two for holiday cover.
