One of the capitals most popular hotel and restaurant are recruiting for a Junior Sous, to join their brigade that is looking to gain more awards in the near future.
The role will be to work alongside this Michelin experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef to drive the food quality forward and build a formidable reputation in Edinburgh. You will have input into the menu's, be comfortable creating dishes using the best of locally sourced produce, train and develop the junior chefs and adhere to all health and hygiene policies.
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Junior Sous in a large hotel environment, preferably with Rosette experience. You will be imaginative, creative, show initiative to work alone as we as part of a team, dedication and commitment to deliver only the best.
