i'm looking for a mountain bike to replace my specialized which was stolen:

it doesn't need to be that new, as long as it's in good nick

ideally
front suspension only (hardtail)
15" frame, 26" wheels
decent brand, like specialized, giant, kona, edinburgh bike co-op etc
V-brakes preferred

can pay around £100 for right bike
