Hi there.
I am looking for a budget room where I can stay for short term, for 1-2 month but weekly rent is more appreciated.
I am a Japanese(female), tidy, sensible and very friendly, non smoker, not party person.
Since I will stay in Edinburgh as a student( I'm a professional in own country ) , I need a room until I find a local family to live-in.
For this reason, I will leave the room after I found the family. However, I can guarantee to you to pay for the next week rent if I need to leave there suddenly in the case of I found the family to move.
I wish to stay in shred flat/house with friendly and mature people as a part of new friends! Also wish to share with female or flat mates including female.
My budget is max 60-70pounds a week or within 280 pounds a month including all expense, tax and need free Internet connection. No pets and smoking please.
I am familiar with Edinburgh over many years, so I know most of area in the town. I am sure that I use the flat in tidy and keep clean so that everybody happy with ;).
