last year we had guys from the BBC staying and they said it was fantastic as we are in the centre of town- walking distance from the kings theatre and the usher hall, aswel as cowgate! great bus links and 10min walk from Haymarket train station! we have virgin tv and wifi ! £150 includes all bills, and looking at some of the other rooms to let- this is a bargin really nice double room, and we also have a sofa bed in the livingroom if you want that too- sharing with 2 prof females!
