Beginners Ashtanga Yoga Course

Yoga makes you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yogalets you tune in, chill out, tone up, trim down - all at the same time.

Our studio is a space where you can come to switch off from the outside world, that becomes your private sanctuary enabling you to re-charge your batteries and gain some inner and outer peace and calmness

Research shows that yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunel syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headache, heart disease, multiple sclerosis and other conditions and diseases.

This is an 8 week course and you would attenend a 1hour class one evening per week. You can also try out some of the regular classes on the timetable for half price as a beginner.
