Girl Guiding is the largest female organisation in the world. Celebrity former members include Cat Deeley, Glenda Jackson, Lorraine Kelly, Mo Mowlan, Anita Roddick, Helen Sharman (the first British woman in space), Tanni Grey-Thompson, Carole Vorderman, Delia Smith, Kate Moss and Cherie Booth.

Being a Guide is all about learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun. Guiding provides a safe environment to explore new possibilities and achieve personal goals while making friends and having adventures.

Our Guides meet on a Thursday evening from 6.30pm to 8pm in St Catherine's Argyle Church Hall in Marchmont/Grange. Any girls aged 10-14 are welcome to join.

Why not come along and see what it is like in the next few weeks before the summer break?
There is a small fee for guides who decide to join which is approximately £15 per term (there will be no charge until August when the new school year starts).

If you are interested get in touch to find out more. It would be best to phone/email if you want to come along one week in case we are doing an activity away from the hall.
