We have a lovely 3 bedroom semi detached weslo house in quiet area of Bathgate to offer..

The bedrooms are all great sizes, All three of the rooms will take king size beds comfortably.. two of the rooms are of a smaller size whilst the master bedroom is of excellent proportions,
(1 of the smaller bedrooms is on the ground floor so if you only need 2 bedrooms this extra bedroom can be used as a dining room..)

The livingroom is situated to the rear of the house with a large window which makes for a lovely sun filled room.the house has one family bathroom with electric shower over the bath, The Kitchen is compact in size and leads out into the gardens..

The gardens are good size.. I say gardens as we have a garden to the front.. another section to the side.. (which would afford a driveway should you wish to put one in ) as well as a LARGE garden to the rear.. this section of the garden is split into two.. with one area fenced and surrounded by hedge..whilst the larger area is positioned to rear of the property.. huge potential for having a little bit of garden heaven whilst having the benefit of plenty of space for children or pets as well as a possible drive area without it eating into actual garden space;; We have kept the garden low maintenance with general grass cutting and strimming..

Our neighbours are lovely and we class them as friends :o).. ideal little street that has been a pleasure to live in.. we have been here for 12 years now.. We'r actually loathed to leave and the ONLY reason we are looking to move is that we need a bigger house.. we now have 5 children and have finally ran out of space lol

The house is close to amenities schools nurseries and the town centre.. all within a 2 min drive or a 5-10 min stroll..The new direct rail link to glasgow is going live in 2010


Now What we are looking for is a 4 bed + house.. it would have to be four minimum.. we would need a good sized garden and would prefer the house to be semi detatched but thats not written in stone.. one bathroom is just fine but two would be a little touch of heaven :o)

The areas we'r open to is basically anywhere in west lothian..Bathgate would be ideal but the whole of the area is also to be considered.. location is more important than decor as we will change to suit... but we do need some where to raise our family happily
