Double room in Leith from August (£300 pcm)

Hi there

I will have a double room available in Leith from the 1st August. It is a two-bedroomed flat by the Shore. The rent is around £300. Certainly with council tax and bills added, it should come in under £400.

I am a 31-year old male. I work full-time for a Communications Agency.

I am easy-going, clean and tidy (but not ridiculously so). My last two flatmates have both been women, so I don't have a problem living with a woman and I don't think they had a problem living with me.

I am interested in football, music (play in a band) and am an environmental activist in my spare time.

I am a smoker but am happy to have the flat non-smoking if it means getting the right person to live with. I am not interested in living with someone who is planning on leaving Edinburgh and making me do this again in a couple of months.
